Consultation

Meet one-on-one to discuss your vision and find out how your needs can be met.

What that can include

• Assist in locating and securing a location
• Selecting and negotiating with vendors such as photographer, caterer, florist, DJ, minister, etc.
•  Assist in creating your checklist, timeline and budget

Package 1 - Day of Coordination

• Pre-event consultation to determine your overall vision – 4 weeks prior
•  Answer questions and concerns prior to event
• Review all vendor contracts to ensure services will be rendered
• Create day-of timeline for all participants
• Attend rehearsal to ensure it runs smoothly and everyone understands their role for the big day
• Supervise vendor setups and distribute gratuities
• Follow timeline in order to cue events as they need to happen
• Ensure that all items are properly placed
  

Package 2

• Includes all of package 1
• Assist with event style, formality, guest count, time of day, color scheme, type of music, food, etc.
• Track deposits and payments of your various vendors
• Provide you with a checklist of important details and appointments
• Handle any transportation or hotel needs for guests and/or wedding party
• Attend appointments with you as needed

Package 3

• Includes all of package 1 and 2
• Schedule bridal luncheon, rehearsal dinner, or a post wedding brunch
• Book wedding night accommodations
• Create seating plan for reception
• Assist with wedding announcements in the newspaper
• Assemble wedding invitations and programs
• Assist in the selection of wedding favors, wedding attendant gifts and wedding day necessities
• Collect all wedding items at the end of reception if needed, such as guest book, toasting glasses, cake server, etc.
